Manager Table Visits - Cotton Patch Cafe (Microlearning)

Challenge:  MITs were not completing Table Visits. It was determined that either time or knowledge/comfort with the process was the issue.  Motivation and limited time to complete additional trainings was considered along the way. Motto: Awareness + Education + Accountability = Development

Solution:  Educate the team on the value of a table visit, offer a procedure they could easily follow, and included an example of a common table visit.  Since Motivation was a part of the issue, I used microlearning with a job aid and local follow-up with their trainers.  (End to End Process)
